Rostock: Full-Day, Half-Day, or Sunset Sailing Experience

5.Full-Day, Half-Day, or Sunset Sailing Experience

★★★★★★★★★★4.7 · 174 reviews · 30 minutes - 7 hours · from $86

Meet your skipper at Yachthafen Hohe Dune for a 30-minute to 7-hour Baltic sailing trip. You can help raise the sails and steer, or simply relax while the yacht heads toward Kühlungsborn, Darß, Warnemünde, or central Rostock. Skipper Kai is especially good at explaining sailing to beginners.

“Excellent tour, excellent guide. The description said you needed to be a le to walk for 15 to 20 minutes..the whole tour was walking, except for the train and tram rides. Nonetheless, an entertaining and fun tour, and we were lucky with the weather...it was a beautiful day.”

He is very experienced and knowledgeable and provided us with some detailed outlines of historic events that impacted each area we visited. We were picked up at the Cruise Terminal on time at 7.30am and arrived back at 8pm, well before Onboard time of 9.30pm. Our biggest fear booking this long day tour to see Berlin was making sure that an independent tour operator would get us back in time . The Viator/ Experio team were very experienced and well organised . Our bus driver Uli, kept us safe and got us through some…”

Rostock: Hot Rod Sightseeing Tour to Warnemünde - Starting in Rostock’s old town

Rostock: Hot Rod Sightseeing Tour to Warnemünde

15.Hot Rod Sightseeing Tour to Warnemünde

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 19 reviews · 3 hours · from $206

You drive your own Wenckstern hot rod on a guided three-hour route through Rostock, along the Warnow River, and toward Warnemünde. A helmet, safety vest, water, photo stop, and final hot drink or soft drink are included. The tour is fast, exposed, and traffic-focused, so bring a valid B-class driving license and expect possible ferry or toll charges.

“The tour was certainly more novel than others we've taken. This is not your canned Hop On Hop Off bus tour, nor is it a quiet ride thru the woods tour. This is a get into traffic, go fast adrenaline rush type of tour. The cars are cute, the steering is tight, you're one with the road. I would have enjoyed a bit more of a description of where we were going and what we were seeing when we were stopped as it was not possible when we were scooting along.”
